We managed, through this work, to implement: first, an investment strategy based data classification by the K-means algorithm, and secondly, to propose and implement an approach to data Replication for Cloud Computing environment. To highlight the proposed and the strategy used, we conducted series of experiments by varying different input parameters approach. We used also a set of metrics such as the number of data movement, the response time and the cost incurred. The proposed approaches, as well as the strategy used, were able to improve data placement and minimize response time due to scheduling tasks to datacenters that contain the majority of the required data.
